ELI - A Story of Transition

A short film shot and directed by me.

Eli is a trans man who started his transition in 2015.

His two friends Sarah Jenny Johnson (Filmmaker) and Anna Donigan (Musician) began documenting his journey soon after he began hormone treatment.

ELI has been created over several years and was initially presented as 3 short films. Now all 3 have been blended together from 2016, 2018 & 2022 to document his 7-year journey. 

The ELI trilogy follows his progression as he explores masculinity, identity, the changes in his body, and lives his life.
